Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) is dedicated to delivering high-quality education and, to achieve this, requires fully committed and professionally skilled employees, both teaching and non-teaching. The primary objective is to provide top-notch training that equips teachers and staff with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes essential for their professional growth, ultimately benefiting the students in their care.
KVS offers a range of long-term and short-term training programs, including in-service courses, to boost the effectiveness of individuals in their roles and departmental duties. Additionally, induction and orientation programs are provided for new employees to facilitate their smooth integration into the KVS system as needed.
Beyond KVS training initiatives, teachers are also encouraged to engage in and complete various courses, workshops, and modules offered by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT).
The Vidyalaya regularly conducts in-service training sessions for teachers through both online and offline platforms.
